We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel-restaurant Elysee was also good for dinner. The WIFI worked well on the 9th floor. The fitness room was nice, and we appreciated that the hotel was close to the convention center, which was only a 10-minute walk away. There was also a shopping center nearby, although it only had food options.

The hotel's location is ideal for those attending events at the Olympic stadium or the Exhibition Center. It is just a short taxi ride away from these venues. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and pleasant views. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable with a variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay more pleasant.
The hotel could improve in terms of communication, as some staff members struggle with English.

1. Rooms constantly heated to 28 degrees impossible to relax no control on thermostat was told all rooms are the same. 2. Extremley rude and bad service. They could not even provide milk and normal tea. Nobody speaks English. 3. Remote control for the TV not working constantly have to move from the bed to change the channel, 3 to 4 times a night had to call reception to fix it ten minutes later it doesn`t work again. 4. Breakfast seems to cater for only Chinese people. The only thing I found to eat was fresh bread which was covered in a soaking wet towel! They said it was to keep the bread fresh but it was unedible. 5.This list goes on and on PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.

gorgeous room and kind staffs
Some staffs of front desk don't have enough experiences for accounting including deposit using credit card. There were double mistakes for accounting both when check-in and -out. Considering their English skills, they were probaly under training. However, overall response was very good.

We loved how close the hotel was to the Olympic Park and the National Stadium! No crowds of tourists in this area, which made it feel more secluded. the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the park. the bathroom had all the necessities one would need. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was decent.
The hotel was a bit out of the way from other attractions and the entertainment options were limited.

A good hotel with a bit of luxury for an acceptable price. Located in several hundred meters from the Bird's Nest Olympic Stadium, so half of the rooms have a great view from the window. Tasty croissants for breakfast.
Even the reception personnel know English very poorly. Tried to settle me and my colleagues into rooms of another (much cheaper) type and it took me about 30 minutes to convince them that they are wrong. According to the local prices the breakfast is too expensive. Too far from subway.
